With the BSTABO Rock 12, additional Moviba service is combined with BSTABO’s limited factory warranty. This makes it clear in advance where to go and which steps apply to a warranty request.
2-year statutory guarantee
The 1-year complimentary service is in addition to the 2-year statutory guarantee via Moviba. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
BSTABO limited factory warranty
BSTABO covers material and workmanship defects. At BSTABO’s discretion, the remedy is repair or replacement of defective parts and labour.
Keeping coverage clear
- At sale, the dealer completes the warranty registration and submits it to BSTABO within ten days. Keep your copy as service evidence.
- Dealer pre-delivery inspection and initial adjustment are important for trouble-free operation.
- For an issue, bring the Rock 12 to Electric Cross or a BSTABO-authorised dealer. Authorised parties coordinate any further support with BSTABO.
Key exclusions
- Normal wear, consumable parts and friction parts are not covered by the limited BSTABO factory warranty.
- Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, software or calibration changes, non-approved parts or unauthorised repairs is excluded.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, accidents, fire, insufficient or incorrect lubricants/liquids, or use outside the intended design is also outside this limited coverage.
Making a claim
- Report a warranty or service question to Electric Cross first; we guide the next steps with the authorised BSTABO service chain.
- Indirect costs such as transport, accommodation, replacement vehicles, loss of use or lost profit are not covered by the limited BSTABO factory warranty.
